Hey thanks for the app. Currently our raid team is extremely full but I'm never opposed to giving out trials to see how it goes. See you this week for farm content (not sure if I'll bring you to heroic but the normal clear for sure, be ready regardless). Accepted on trial.

Other Characters: Caskeys - Hunter/Alliance Caskey - Warrior/Alliance
Raid Experience: Raided since Vanilla. Have cleared pretty much all raid content since besides OG Naxx/AQ
If possible link a recent Combat Log (WWS, Warcraft Logs, etc.):
Previous Guild(s): Opera non Verba on Alliance.
Reason for leaving: Didn't agree with some leadership and how they handled loot council. I believe favorites were in place and didn't operate under clear rules like your own.
Why do you want to join our raid team? I love raiding. I love talking to 19 other people to clear content and to call a place a home as cheesy as that sounds. I've always been horde since the beginning but went Alliance come WoD to raid with a different team. ~2 weeks ago I decided to go back to Horde and switch my main. Looking to get back into the swing of things!
Do you know any of our current guild members? In guild currently, but haven't really done much with guild members.
How long have you been playing WoW? Since the beginning pretty much.
What website(s) do you use to gather information about your class/spec and raid boss encounters? HowToPriest aswell as DIscord.
What is your base rotation/spell priority? Maintain dots MB on CD. In void - Void T> PI @ 20 stacks > VB > MB/Filler
Historically we raid Tues/Wed/Thurs from 7:30pm-10:30pm CST can you make these times on a weekly basis? Yes.
What is your raid availability? (Days/Times) Pretty much anytime after 8pm EST on Weekdays. Weekends are spotty.
Do you have ventrilo and the ability to listen to people on it? Yes.
Do you often have issues with bad latency, frame rate or disconnects? (Be honest, we are going to find out soon enough anyway) I do not.
Do you frequently need to go afk during raids? (Kids, food, work, medical reasons etc.) Negative.
Why should we take you over some other drood/huntard/melee warlock? I believe because of my consistency and always looking to improve. Very easy to get along with and always up for a good time but also able to be serious when the time is needed. In 2 weeks I've reached 873 ilvl. I know that isn't the fastest by any means but resorting to pugs that sometimes don't always go the best I believe its pretty decent.
Are you willing to respec or be on add duty for the good of the raid if needed? Used to heal as a druid all through out WotLK so I am down for whatever is needed.
Do you understand that raid teams have more members than there are raid spots in case of absences, this means that you may not get an invite to EVERY raid? I think its a good thing if we have more raiders than we actually might need at any given time.
Out of Exile requires that you have DBM, Exorsus Raid Tools and Ventrilo, as well as coming prepared to raids with food/flasks/potions can you abide by that? Correct.
Who is Cartman's father? Jack
Do you agree with this statement? "I have read, understand, and agree to the loot rules used by Out of Exile." I do.
By submitting this application do you understand that if accepted you will be required to follow guild rules and agree to represent Out of Exile in a positive manner towards the rest of the Hydraxis/Terenas server? I do.
